The Quality Time approach
Margaret uses evidence-based techniques while keeping therapy personal, collaborative, and grounded in your lived experience. The focus is not only on what is hard, but also on what is already working and how to build from there.
What getting started looks like
Start with a free 15-minute phone consultation to talk about your needs and see whether it feels like a good fit.
Schedule a first in-person or telehealth visit. Most sessions last 45–55 minutes.
Co-create goals, decide how progress will be measured, and build skills you can use beyond the therapy room.
